Components:

    • A plate and half chicken liver from Tamam
    • 1 onion, sliced
    • 3 garlic teeth mashed
    • 1/2 cup olive oil
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • 3 cardamom beads
    • A pinch of ground cinnamon
    • 1/3 cup water
    • Green pepper sliced

Instructions

Cut the onion and pepper into slices and put in the pan, then add oil and put on the oven

Add pepper, spices, black pepper and onions with the Kebda
