Chicken Piccata with Lemon

Components:

    • 10 chicken breast from Tamam
    • 1 Cup of Flour
    • Salt, Pepper
    • 1 tbsp Italian herbs
    • Smoked paprika (optional)
    • 150g of butter
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 2 cloves minced garlic
    • 2 cups chicken broth
    • 1/4 cup lemon juice
    • 1/4 cup grape vinegar
    • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
    • 1/2 cup capers
    • Lemon slices for garnish
    • Spaghetti for serving

Instructions

Cut the chicken breasts in half, use the top and keep the bottom for other recipes And pound it well until it becomes thin.

Put the flour, salt, pepper and Italian herbs paprika in a large dish. Close the chicken pieces with flour.

Put the oil and butter in a large pan on the fire and stir the chicken on both sides until cooked.

In the same pan add more butter, oil, garlic and an extra spoonful of flour and stir. Add lemon juice, grape vinegar and chicken broth and stir. Add salt, pepper, capers and let the mixture boil a little. Arrange the chicken in an oven dish. Add the sauce and oven for only 10 minutes until the sauce thickens. Add parsley and serve with spaghetti.
