Crispy Fried Drumsticks

Components:

    • 1Kg Tamam Drumsticks
    • Half a liter of milk
    • Salt, 2 Lemons
    • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
    • 1 tbsp Onion powder
    • 1 tbsp Ginger powder
    • 1 tbsp Salt and Pepper
    • 1 tbsp Smoked paprika
    • Hot sauce (Optional)
    • 1 Cup Flour
    • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
    • 1 tbsp sesame (Optional)

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix milk with lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger, salt, pepper, paprika, and hot sauce if desired. Stir the mixture well.

Marinate the chicken drumsticks in the mixture and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight for deeper flavor.

For the coating, mix flour with the same spices used in the marinade, and add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.

After marinating, dip the drumsticks into the flour mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.

Deep fry the drumsticks in hot oil until they turn golden and crispy.

Serve hot with a side of sauce of your choice.
