Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder until all sides are covered with spices.
Place the chicken breast between two layers of nylon, then thin the chicken breast with a meat mallet.
Remove the nylon layers and place two slices of Swiss cheese on the chicken breast, then two slices of turkey breast.
Hold one end of the chicken breast and roll it up, taking care to roll the cheese and turkey slices together, then use a toothpick to hold the chicken.

Wrap the chicken in the mixture, then place it in the tray and bake it in the oven for 30 minutes.
